For the first time in the industry, this complex – relying on the deep technical knowledge of expert personnel and utilizing advanced impregnation equipment – has succeeded in developing a fully exclusive formula in the production process of impregnated papers; a formula that has significantly increased the flexibility of the final product and completely resolves the issue of paper brittleness. The result of this innovation is impregnated papers that, while maintaining strength, deliver flawless and stable performance during pressing and shaping processes.
This technological achievement is the result of the synergy of human resources’ specialized knowledge, precise control of production parameters, and the use of high-quality, up-to-date machinery that allows for the fully engineered adjustment of resin, temperature, and time. High flexibility, structural uniformity, and premium durability of the product have defined a new standard in the quality of impregnated papers and have perceptibly raised the expectations of the market.
Within this facility, the impregnation process of specialized MDF and HDF papers is executed using the state-of-the-art, fully automated VITS line from Germany. This integrated, engineered system meticulously controls every stage—from resin application to final drying. The result is impregnated paper with uniform resin absorption, a stable surface, and premium quality, meeting the demands of both industrial-scale production and high-precision custom projects.
The VITS impregnation line features a superb modular design, intelligent heat distribution, and precise temperature control, optimizing energy consumption while ensuring consistent quality across a daily output of approximately 70,000 square meters. The ability to calibrate process parameters based on paper type, resin formulation, and end-use ensures that the final product adheres to the highest industry standards, ready for top-tier MDF manufacturing.
